What is the issue?

The intersection of Starview Dr. and Rupert Dr. is dangerous.


Keep our kids safe

Kids play in the yard and run after a ball...
Kids walk to school each morning and cross the street...

They can't see approaching cars; drivers can't see them.


Location

The intersection of Starview Dr. and Rupert Dr. is located due west of Hogue Park in the Cambrian Park neighborhood.

Solution

Convert the intersection of Starview Dr. and Rupert Dr. into two individual cul-de-sacs. This has the effect of closing the throughway to automobiles but leaves access for pedestrians and bikes.
